Description:
Your kit ($8) contains what you need to turn your own fabric into a masterpiece. Each student will finish the day with a self-portrait ready for quilting. The provided templates guide you in building the body and dressing it in a charming sundress. The project is easy enough for a beginner yet leaves plenty of opportunity for the creative types to let their imaginations shine.

Start with a favorite fat quarter and an interesting border, add a body, head and hair plus clothing. Facial features are easy to add. Lastly, we'll include a personal touch by applying something meaningful like a cat, teacup, bird or ?

BACKGROUND: Fat Quarter, not too busy.
FACE: Two rectangles, 8” x 4”. Should contrast well with the background.
BODY: 15” x 10”. Can be the same as one of your face choices.
